An occurrence is each time an error happens in your application. If the same error occurs 100 times, that counts as 100 occurrences. A span is a performance measurement of a database query, API call, HTTP request, rendered view, ... A single request usually results in multiple spans.
We'll send you a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed your monthly allowance, we won't stop collecting data, but we'll contact you about upgrading to a higher plan. We never want you to miss critical errors!
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the billing accordingly. If you downgrade, we'll help ensure your usage fits within the new limits.
Your error and performance data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, we'll delete your data permanently. You can export your error reports before canceling if you need to keep them for your records.
Yes! We offer special pricing for qualified non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Please contact us with proof of your non-profit or educational status, and we'll set up a discount for you.
